The new Crimper features the lightest and most balanced design for easiest alignment – reducing user fatigue and increasing accuracy to deliver the easiest way to crimp. It can also produce UL-classified crimps with most #8 750MCM Cu and Dual Rated connectors**, when used with EXACT12T U-Style Dies each engineered with die lengths that are specific to each connector for faster connections of all sizes.
Traditional 12T Crimpers are heavy and unbalanced. This puts extra strain on the wrists and makes crimp alignment difficult for one person. Milwaukee created the lightest crimper available, recognizing the importance of ergonomics and accuracy. Repositioning the handle to fully balance the tool gives the user maximum control. This thoughtful engineering, combined with a 350 rotating head and red alignment marks, provides for a neutral wrist position regardless of the way the user needs to crimp and delivers the easiest alignment in the industry.
Predictive Force Monitor (PFM), an adaptive control system for pressure, continuously measures force output. This tool delivers consistent speed that doesn’t slow down on larger connectors and accurately pressures every time. This crimper provides the electrician with instant pressure verification through a green LED indicator. Pre-crimp battery check automatically ensures theres enough battery charge to fully complete each crimp and not get stuck on a connector.
Powered by M18 RED LITHIUM, the batteries and hydraulic system are optimized for consistent performance from -18C/-18 C to 55C/50 C ensuring the tool works in any environment. Sealing electronics protect against dirt, dust, and moisture, while PFM protects the internal components to ensure the tool lasts as long as possible.
As a complete problem-solving solution, the M18 FORCE LOGIC**** 750 MCM Crimper is compatible with the digital platform, ONE KEY,***** which allows the user to sync the tool wirelessly with their mobile device or desktop.
